We want you to be completely satisfied with your fabric purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:

Returns Within 14 Days

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your fabric to initiate a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, the fabric must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The fabric should be unused, unwashed, and in its original, unaltered state.
  • It should have all tags and labels intact.
  • Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@advancedfabricsolutions.com with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping

Returns must be made using the provided return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your fabric upon receipt. If you discover any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Products purchased with discount.

Please contact us if you have any questions about the eligibility of your specific item for return. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item following our return policy and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned fabric, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
